Payments
Payment methods
- Our payments method include: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and Shop Pay.
- You can finance your purchase with a payment plan through Shop Pay.
- All transactions are protected with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal and financial information during checkout process.
- We do not offer terms. All orders must be paid in full at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping Costs
- Shipping & Handling are FREE for retail sales.
- For wholesale sales, shipping will be quoted.
Shipping Address
- Currently we ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States
- For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other US territories you will need to contact us.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO or international locations.
* When filling out your shipping information, please provide a physical address, not a mailing address.
Processing and transit time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Custom orders or larger orders may require additional processing time. For these orders, you will receive an estimated timeline during the order confirmation process.
- Delivery times vary based on your location, size of your order and shipping method.
- Orders to remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
- Shipping times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
* Our fiberglass planters are painted to order. We currently expect your shipment to arrive in 3-5 weeks on average.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Methods
Due to possible differences in order size, weight and destination, we use various shipping providers. At our discretion, orders may be shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, LTL freight or other carriers.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer must pay all shipping cost to redeliver the order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of the order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Residential and Commercial Shipping
- Shipping to residential and commercial address does NOT include unloading the product from the truck.
- All residential and commercial deliveries will be made curbside by all carriers.
- No white glove delivery service available.
- If the carrier arrives at the delivery location and the buyer is not ready to accept the delivery, the buyer will be responsible for paying all shipping charges to redeliver the shipment.
Refused Shipments
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for refused or reassigned shipments.
- All refused shipments are subject to a 30% restocking fee, round trip freight charges, and any additional carrier charges.
- There will be no refund or credit of any kind on refused shipments.
Installation
We recommend that buyers not schedule the arrival of installation personnel or equipment until the ordered items have been delivered. We are not responsible for any costs associated with rescheduling installation due to product delivery delays or installation claims.
Backorders
- For backordered items, we will contact you within 2-5 business days with the estimated time of arrival (ETA).
- Backordered items will shipped based on availability.
Cancellations
Due to the speed of processing and in order to provide excellent service and fast order processing, we do not accept order cancellations.
* Before placing an order, please make sure you are ready to place it.
Incorrect Orders
In the unlikely event that you have received incorrect items, please contact us immediately and we will help you resolve the problem.
Damages
Please note that all items are inspected before leaving our warehouse, so it is important that you inspect your shipment upon arrival.
- Inspect your order upon receipt and document any damage with the carrier.
- Make a note of any damage on the carrier's delivery receipt or bill of landing and keep a copy.
- Takes photos of the shipment, the damage, and the label attached to the packaging.
- Contact us within the next 48 hours.
- Failure to do this will result in forfeiture of your right to make a claim for damage.
* If damages are not noted at the time of delivery, we will not have recourse and will be unable to compensate you or resolve this issue on your behalf.
Returns
RETURN POLICY
- Returns are acceptable within 14 days of receipt of the order.
- We cannot accept returns without a prior written consent.
- For returns, follow the instructions in the written consent.
- Do not send items back without a written consent.
- Unauthorized returns will not be eligible for credit.
- Do not send the merchandise to the manufacturer, they will be rejected.
- Returns must be in the original box with all the packaging material.
- In some cases, customers may be assessed the original shipping cost and are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
- We do not accept items damaged during return shipping. Ensure that returned items are properly insured as us will not issue credits for damaged items. You must file a claim for damage or loss with the shipping carrier company.
- Custom planters and planters with drainage holes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Credit for returns is subject to inspection of the product and packaging material.
- All returns authorized and accepted by us are subject to a 30% restocking fee; the remaining balance will be issued as store credit or a refund to your original method of payment.
* If you receive the wrong or damage item, do not accept delivery, inform your shipping representative, and contact us immediately.
Non -Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items without a proof of purchase
- Items without our approval written return consent
- Custom planters
- Planters with drainage holes
- Special orders
- Items without original packaging
- Altered items
- Used items
- Final sale items
- Clearance items
- Discontinued products
- Gift cards
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, return the unwanted item following the Return Policy, and then make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Refund Policy
At our company, we prioritize customer satisfaction above all else. We understand that each situation is unique, which is why we meticulously review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We strive to offer the best solution tailored to individual circumstances, which may result in either a refund or store credit, based on the specifics of the case. We value your experience with us and strive to ensure a positive outcome for every customer.
- No refunds or store credits will be issued for items damaged during return shipping. Ensure that returned items are properly insured as us will not issue credits for damaged items. You must file a claim for damage or loss with the shipping carrier company.
- Approved refunds will be processed on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. Depending on your institution, it make take up to 15 days for the refund to be appear in your account after processing.

Our offer to create drainage holes free of charge is designed to ensure the best performance of your planters. Failure to follow our recommended guidelines can lead to planter damage and is not covered by our warranty.
